We are market research and financial analysis driven. We produce proprietary predictive research for market segments, metropolitan markets, and sub-markets in which we see significant opportunity. This collection of information allows us to select variables, on an informed basis, and create sensitivity analyses for investment opportunities and ongoing management and disposition of assets.

At present, we are focusing our efforts primarily on residential land, both improved and unimproved, in Arizona where a significant value-added component is necessary. Based on historical and projected demographics and long-term employment growth we believe in the long term future growth of the Phoenix region.
