Our Residential Land Development Projects

We are market research and financial analysis driven. We produce proprietary predictive research for market segments, metropolitan markets, and submarkets in which we see significant opportunities. This collection of information allows us to select variables, on an informed basis, and create sensitivity analyses for investment opportunities and ongoing management and disposition of assets.
At present, we are focusing our efforts primarily on residential land, both improved and unimproved, in Arizona where a significant value-added component is necessary. Based on historical and projected demographics and long-term employment growth, we believe in the long-term future growth of the Phoenix region.

Avion at Ballpark Village

This 154 acre community is located across from the Goodyear Ballpark in the fast growing city of Goodyear Arizona. Acquired in 2019, the CSW team entitled and zoned the property to include 575 single family home sites along with a 23 acre parcel for medium density housing. Central to the Avion community is a 7 acre center park which includes a recreation center, community pool, and pickleball courts.

Madera is a 320 acre community located in the southeast valley Town of Queen Creek. Acquired in 2017, the CSW team rezoned and entitled this project to include 889 single family home sites, a 16 acre medium density residential site, and a 7 acre commercial corner. The community opened for sales in 2022 with TriPoint and Ashton Woods homes.

Madera West Estates

Madera West Estates is a 77 acre community located in the southeast valley Town of Queen Creek. Acquired in 2017, the CSW team rezoned and entitled this project to create a gated residential community with 217 single family home sites. The community was sold to Richmond American and Lennar Homes in 2021.
